Baked Wheel of Brie:Phyllo wrapped brie served warm with an assortment of crackers  (Serves 25) $65.00 each

Tea Sandwiches:  Tuna, salmon, chicken salad & egg salad  (3 pieces each) $4.50 per person

Pate Platter:  Cognac chicken liver pate served with a red onion marmalade and crostinis.  (Serves 50) $90.00 each

Smoked Salmon Platter:   Shaved Bermuda onions, capers and horseradish mayonnaise. Priced Per Platter – (Serves 25) $75.00 each

Antipasto Platter:   Pate spiced with peppercorns and curry, smoked trout, cured meats, baby shrimp salad, sausages           Price Per Platter – (Serves 50) $115.00 each

Dessert Platter:   -Assorted tarts, cookies & squares – (3 pieces each) $4.65 per person or Fine chocolate truffles – 50 pieces platter – $95.00 each

Stations

Carving Station:   Hot from the grill. Thyme & peppercorn crusted beef tenderloin, honey mustard lamb racks, bourbon infused turkey breast & maple, rum glazed smoked ham – accompanied with fresh breads, sauces, relishes & chutneys. $6.25 per person

Bison Carving Station:  Whole roasted bison striploin rubbed with honey mustard and garlic, thickly sliced tomatoes, with our own focaccia & cheese bread. $7.25 per person

Pasta Cocktail Station:   Penne rigate medley of sweet peppers, leeks, free range chicken in a white wine cream reduction or
Fusilli fisherman’s bake; salmon, white fish, scallops and shrimp with a garlic tomato sauce.  Pasta is served from a chaffing dish. $5.95 per person

Fois Gras Station:  Whole roasted Moulard duck fois gras on a bed of root vegetable mirepoix, and garlic cloves. $ Market Price
