Stations
Carving Station: Hot from the grill. Thyme & peppercorn crusted beef tenderloin, honey mustard lamb racks, bourbon infused turkey breast & maple, rum glazed smoked ham – accompanied with fresh breads, sauces, relishes & chutneys. $6.25 per person
Bison Carving Station: Whole roasted bison striploin rubbed with honey mustard and garlic, thickly sliced tomatoes, with our own focaccia & cheese bread. $7.25 per person
