An hourly rate is charged: Coordinator and Chef – $35 per hour, and Service Staff (wait staff, bartenders) – $25 per hour. Kitchen Staff is dressed in Chef’s whites, wait staff in black pants and black shirts, unless otherwise requested. There is a minimum of four hours charged for all staff. In the first draft, you will receive a complete breakdown of the labour required. |

| As an alternative, you may supply the beverages, which we will serve for you. There is no “corkage fee”. This applies to off-site catering, marquee tent weddings, and private residences. Public banquet facilities require (SOP’s) special occasion permits, available from the LCBO for you to provide your own bar. | ||
